Zones

Delivery & pickup

Delivery and pickup is one flat fee, based on your location and stated up front. It covers both trips — we drop the totes at your old place and collect them from your new one. Nothing hidden, nothing marked up.

  • Zone A

    $29

    Leawood (all of it — home base), Lenexa, Prairie Village, Merriam, and Overland Park north of 135th.

  • Zone B

    $49

    Overland Park south of 135th, Olathe, Shawnee, Mission Hills, Fairway, Mission, Roeland Park, and Westwood.

  • Zone C

    $69

    Beyond our published cities — Stilwell and other outlying Johnson County areas, quoted case by case. Ask and we'll tell you what we can do.

Rush or off-window delivery (+$25 to +$50). If you need a delivery outside our standard Wednesday and Saturday windows, we can usually accommodate for an additional fee.

Moving between two areas? Your fee covers two trips — the drop-off at your old place and the pickup at your new one. If those addresses fall in different zones, we price off the farther one. One fee, both trips, never a double charge.

Outside our zones? If either address is beyond our service area, get in touch. We’ll give you a custom quote or point you to someone who can help.

The fine print

Payment, taxes, and policies

How you pay
Card on file. We charge once your package and delivery window are confirmed.
Sales tax
Kansas sales tax applies to the rental portion. Delivery and pickup is billed as a single separate line and is not taxed under Kansas rules.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery. Within 48 hours, a $50 fee applies.
Damaged or missing totes
$30 replacement fee per tote, charged to the card on file. Stated on every invoice.
