What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, your move-out and move-in ZIP codes, move dates, and home details. If you book, payment is handled by our processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
We use this information to prepare your quote, schedule and deliver your rental, communicate about your move, and process payment. We don’t sell your personal information.
Who processes your data
We use trusted third parties to run the service: Tally (quote and contact forms), Airtable (our operations database), and Stripe (payments). Each processes your data only to provide its part of the service.
How long we keep it
We retain booking records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal and tax obligations, then archive or delete them. (A specific retention schedule will be finalized on legal review.)
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion. Email hello@readycrate.co and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site fast and remember basic preferences. Analytics, where used, is configured to respect your consent.
